Is Spin Boss casino online trustworthy?

We hold an Anjouan Gaming Authority licence, 8048/JAZ2023-009, currently held by Casolinia Group, which is the simplest proof that the brand is legit. The licence covers how we supply gaming services under our agreements with providers such as Evolution and Pragmatic Play, how random number generator testing is handled across our slot catalogue, and how we manage player funds and resolve complaints. The details of our licence sit in the footer of the site at all times.

How quickly will I receive my money?

Crypto is the fastest method by far, arriving well within 24 hours and most often under an hour after approval. E-wallets also land in 0 to 24 hours. Card payments can take up to five working days and bank transfers up to seven, which comes down to banking rails rather than anything we do here. First withdrawals need extra time for verification.

Can I play on a phone without downloading anything?

Yes. The site works well on Safari, Chrome and all current mobile browsers, and the layout adapts automatically. No app to install, no storage taken up. Live dealer games stream fine over 4G, though a more stable connection makes a noticeable difference during Crazy Time rounds.

What happens if I forget my password?

Click the reset link on the login page and we'll send you an email with a secure link, which has a short lifespan for safety reasons. If the email hasn't arrived, check your spam folder first. After that, contact live chat with the date you signed up and we'll sort it out.

Do I have to accept the welcome bonus?

No. Plenty of players skip bonuses altogether and deposit for pure real money play. If you don't want a bonus, decline the offer at the cashier and your deposit stays free of wagering requirements. A reload, no deposit spins or cashback promo is always there to pick up later.

Can I use sports betting and slots from the same balance?

One wallet, two products. Switch between the casino lobby and the sportsbook without moving cash around. Bonus money is often product specific though, so a casino bonus won't pay out if you spend it on football betting.
